If you're soy-free or just fancy trying something different, chickpea tofu is worth a go. I air-fried it straight from the pack without oil and it crisped up nicely. It came out a touch salty, probably because I skipped the oil.

Nutritionally, it’s solid: high in protein, low in carbs, low in saturates.
