This restaurant is absolutely incredible! If you’re anywhere near Genalguacil, Spain, you have to make this trip just for this restaurant!

Anyways, about this dish… it’s also amazing! I loved it uniqueness. Mayo, tomato, parsley, and #chickun on tosta. Delicious!
