This pastry shop from Liege is award winning, so I was really excited to get smth from them at the Brussels vegan festival. They had so many beautiful pastries it was hard to choose which one I wanted! This tart was delightful, this tart and fruity raspberry jam, top with a pistachio cream with chunks of pistachio in it, and a light and crumbly crust. Gorgeous and equally tasty. It was quite expensive though, 8€!
