My absolute favourite sourdough bread from Krumb Kraft! Super flavour with a delicious hit of spice. Nom nom nom. This is the regular version, they have a wholewheat one too which is also yummy.

I enjoy the bread straight up, dipped in high quality olive oil. But it also toasts beautifully and works really well as a base for a balsamic garlic bread. 🤤

The bakery is not fully vegan, but they have lots of clearly labelled vegan options.

Krumb Kraft is a pioneer in sourdough baking in Bangalore. Long before local people even knew what sourdough bread was, the original founder would bake loaves to sell and also teach classes on making sourdough.

The homegrown brand organically grew. Several years ago the entire operation was taken over by someone else. They continue to maintain the quality of the brand. Though I do feel like the breads were slightly less dry before, but it’s barely noticeable.

They have several other flavours of sourdough boules, but this Sundried Tomato and Jalapeño is hands down the best.
