This #tomato #carpaccio was sublime! A thinly sliced layer of local tomatoes was lightly marinated and then topped with amazing tastes including #cherrytomato #confit, a #kale #veganpesto, a tangy #squash and #onion sauce, vegan "salsa rosa" and a sprinkling of #capers and fresh #basil.
