This was the first course of our last dinner 😢 I was so sad to leave, because the cuisine in this hotel was amazing. This was a croquet made from mushrooms and celery root, served on a celery and apple sauce topped with a thin carrot jelly and crispy beetroot. It tasted great and just like every other dish was presented impeccably.
