A very original dessert to finish our 5-course meal: a tiramisù topped with a thin layer of espresso jelly, companies with a coffee and amaretto ice cream and beetroot and hibiscus caramel. There was a lot of creativity and thought behind this dish, making it pretty complex. I enjoyed even though it’s not really the kind of dessert I would normally go for.
