I used this #vitalwheatgluten to make the deli meat I shared earlier. It’s of good quality and the result was wonderful. The smell reminds me of bread.

Can you share the recipe please? I also use wheat gluten and find the patties turn out really awesome. I'll try your recipe if it's not too complicated for me
