This dish was just spectacular. When I went to #Sardinia ( #Sardegna) I didn’t in my wildest dreams expect to find a #plantbased seadas!! This typical local dessert is basically a huge cheese ravioli which is fried and served with honey. This version featured #plantbased cheese and #agavesyrup and it was just as crunchy outside and as creamy inside as I remember the original version to be🤩
