Never had a collapsed cake before!
It was very very good.
Just the right amount of collapsing in the middle I'd say 🤣
I liked the rich deep toffee flavour.
The cake had two different toppings. A toffee/caramel sauce covered in vegan buttercream.
Extremely indulgent dessert.
Advice is to share with a friend as it is very naughty.
