This is a great vegan cheese option. It offers a unique take on vegan cheese that is dissimilar to other more popular brands so I'd recommend trying it at least once. I'd even go so far as saying it's closer to non-vegan cheese in taste than most other brands. It melts well though doesn't cut/separate brilliantly (sticks a lot when dry).
