This consisted of ridged elbow macaroni tossed in a grated tomato sauce with cherry tomatoes, confit garlic, olive oil, summer squash, zucchini, broccoli, and basil. Topped with deliciously rich, creamy, tangy, and salty 🌱-based feta. It had such delicious summery flavors.
