I ever had their Dashi Oden some years ago, but tried their renewed, levelled up version this time! ✨ Now featuring vegan bonito stock, a MIRACORE product from Japan (using plant-based oils / fats to emulate the satisfying depth of the OG). 🇯🇵 Savoury and slightly sweet, the oden broth was approved by my companion for being slurp-worthy. 🍲 The hearty stew was filled with a generous assortment of ingredients, including juicy radish, fluffy potato, chewy konjac, 'ganmodoki' tofu patty with minced veggies, 'seafood balls', 'seafood tofu', and firm tofu. 🥔🍢 ($9.90) #sgvegan #japanese #japanesefood #alliumfree
