This seasonal salad is my favorite from Lucé. I always looked forward to it when I worked there. It has lettuce, pico de Gallo, bell pepper, jerk tofu, corn chips, and cilantro lime dressing. Put cilantro lime on anything and I'm game! I also love the saltiness of the corn chips. They're such a great salad topping. Can't be #toohealthy now, can we? This salad has a bit of heat to it which is really great with all the fresh flavors.
