Crazy #highinsaturatedfat, but otherwise pretty healthy with all the #probiotics and not terribly high in sugar. Basic ingredients, #certifiedorganic with just #coconut cream and nectar, #cacao and #livecultures .
It’s not often that I find vegan mouse, so I grabbed this when it was on sale, even though this is a #yogurt. I really didn’t know what to expect, since mouse is sweet and yogurt is usually kind of sour. Texture is light, fluffy, and creamy, so I was really expecting it to taste like mousse. However, it really does have a yogurt feel, a bit tangy and fizzy sensation on the tongue, not the taste that I would envision from a chocolate mousse, but somehow this works! This is like a #dessert for me. I normally get yogurt to add a dollop to my smoothies, but this is too good (and too pricey) to be hiding in a bunch of ingredients. I enjoyed this topped with Coco Whip but I can also see this as being really tasty with some chopped strawberries.
