Decent. So much better than the vegan western meal because it has quite a fair balance of protein (tofu) and vegetables and is served hot. Relatively bland except for the super sweet and salty sesame dressing. The premium economy meal comes with metal spoons and in a ceramic dish, which I appreciate for having less plastic, though they could do away with plastic completely for the lid if they tried. Would have appreciated brown instead of white rice in the main. The salad was fresh though. Didn’t eat the sugar-laden lime jelly dessert.
