🥥 Just before ending this long day walking around Singapore, I had a coconut ice cream. It was really good, and it was also nice having coconut to eat. When buying this ice cream, they also give you a glass of coconut water, that was also really nice.
🏠 It was a van located in the middle of gardens by the bay. I don't know if it's always there, since it doesn't appear in Google maps. So it was nice eating the ice cream while enjoying the shadow under the trees.
🌱 Everything they have is vegan.
💲It's kind of expensive, 7.30 SGD (5€), but I have seen that ice cream is expensive everywhere in Singapore.
♻️ It was really nice that they were using the coconut itself as a tub. And it was a wood spoon.
