This was a thick, creamy, chilled, savory, sweet, herby, slightly spicy soup made with fresh local strawberries 🍓, a touch of cashew cream, and savory hints of black pepper and anise. Topped with herbed cashew cheese. Brilliantly innovative, it was incredibly delicious.
