Although the cream inside had a blue tinge, this cannoli tasted neither of blueberry nor of pistachio, but just a sweet plain mock cream. The pastry was super crispy and flakey in its deep-fried goodness, but the cream inside was a disappointment. Each end seemed to be dipped in a fine biscuit crumb (maybe that was the pistachio part?) which really had no flavour to offer apart from sweetness, and the cream was your average old fashioned mock cream.
Their hazelnut cannoli, although not amazing either, is better than this one as that has both ends dipped in chocolate and offers a change of flavour other than sugar and pastry.
