This is a decently good vegan Thai Green Curry. 
Served with brown rice 🌾 
There is a good amount of veggies in here. 

Broccoli 🥦, carrot 🥕, okra, aubergines 🍆, French beans, potato 🥔, courgettes (zucchini), cabbage 🥬 & tofu. Some bird eye chilli 🌶️ is in this. 😋

The vegetables are not soggy, there is still a decent crunch to them. 🙂

Even though they give biodegradable cutlery and some of the take away containers are the same, they give you the meal in a plastic bag 🤦🏻‍♀️
