This is such a great summer dish! It's so filling and being from Portia's it's both #healthy and #glutenfree. I think next time I will add tofu for more protein! This bowl has brown rice, olives, peppers, carrots, onion, black beans, cabbage and #kale pesto. It was delicious and so fresh. It's also topped with a really delicious vinegar style dressing. I really liked how fresh it was and the flavors were fantastic. It was also a very large portion size for $14 #eattherainbow
