For a pastry that was mostly air, this was wildly expensive. Yes, the pastry dough was flakey, crispy and delicious, but the vegan bacon, egg, cheese and mustard part I got it for was just a small ball, a tablespoon’s worth, all right in the middle. The “egg” in particular was so wafer thin it might as well had not been there. If it were half the price it would have been worth it.
