Fantastic special edition set menu at Studio Gauthier, with a great selection of food and a choice of starters and desserts. This included:
Canapé: firecracker edamame.
Starter: harumaki rolls with sesame dressing and sweet chilli sauce
Main: an extended omakase sushi experience with 30 pieces of the most creative plant sushi including nigiri, sashimi, maki and California rolls, crispy rice and signature rolls
Dessert: matcha cake with cherry marmalade
