This #daltadka was nice and runny, which I usually find to be a nice counterpoise to the often thicker Indian curries. It was the only #dhal option that we had because while they had vegan yoghurt they didn't have vegan butter, so the makhni couldn't be vegan 😥

Not much more to say really. This was the one unspicy thing on the table, and the #lentils were good #protein 🙂
