This is probably the one dish that I didn't enjoy so much from here, generally their stuff is of the highest quality, both in terms of conceptualisation and execution, and cross flavour and presentation 🙂 But this #massaman #curry was the least impressive. Not quite spicy enough or creamy enough, the texture of the #monkeyheadmushroom (tender and juicy) was probably the best part of it. I appreciated the #cashewnuts, but really there needed to have been more of them. And as for the #pineapple, let's just say that my views on whether pineapple belongs in savoury dishes are well established 😏
