This dish got me at "curry leaves masala" - unfortunately it was more masala paste than curry leaves, and so salty I could hardly even taste the aroma of curry leaves - nor even the coriander leaves on top! (And I looove #evilweed 🥲) The mock prawns were the typical konjac prawns and not much to shout about. Didn't do it for me sadly, though made me inspired to go wok hei a whole bunch of curry leaves for dinner tonight.
