The star of the show was definitely the translucent spinach jelly, which was earthy but thankfully didn't taste too vegetal. 🥬 Layered atop banana chocolate foam, raisin foam, and earl grey tea whipped ganache which had an elegant aroma. 🍌🍫🫖 Tbh this was beautifully plated and the combination of flavours was intriguing, but it was a tad too icy in texture for my liking.
