This and the tacos pescados were my favorite dishes at Sentir. You really can't go wrong with (vegan) elote. Creamy, spicy, citrus-y corn is always delicious! This elote is cut into little medallions. It was a bit confusing on how to eat it, but it was just best to eat with our hands. I do wish they were served this with the corn cob picks. The cotija on this was the star in my eyes. It was so delicious with the citrus and the sweetness of the corn.
