I guess it's the American in me. I do have cravings for #macandcheese sometimes! I love to make my own ....I've used potato and carrot, cashews, even butternut squash. But sometimes I'm a #lazyvegan and need a shortcut.
I spotted this attractive package at the store and thought I'd try it. It actually tastes like I remember Kraft does from a long time ago but better I'm sure ! This one is #glutenfree . I still prefer my own homemade version of course but this is a fun thing to have on hand on those busy, lazy or tired evenings!
