New main~ Crunchy battered cauliflower, roasted cashew nuts, and shredded carrot drizzled in kung pao sauce. 🥕🌶️ I liked that the cauliflower was still soft and juicy inside, and without any unpleasant sulfuric taste or smell! Also appreciated the use of whole foods; I believe they used Tindle 'chicken' in the past. Would have been good to have a tad more kung pao sauce for the whole dish though!
