Fried brown rice tossed with chopped asparagus, goji berries, and pine nuts. Tbh I don't think I found the shimeji mushrooms and yam described in the menu ahaha 👀🍄‍🟫🍠 But it was still relatively tasty, and I appreciated the healthier take on fried rice with the incorpoation of whole grains! 🍚 This was a really big portion that I would say could feed around 4 pax though; my partner and I were stuffed trying to finish this. 🙃 ($22 for Small) #sgvegan #veganoptions #chinesefood #wholefoodplantbased #wfpb
