This black sesame is a great contrasting flavor to the yuzu. While the yuzu was light and citrus-y, the sesame had a really mellow, nutty sweetness that was very unique. It has somewhat of a chocolatey flavor, but I'd doesn't have the bitterness of chocolate. I think it's also nice that it's not too sweet. Neither of the flavors we picked out were super sweet, so they were nice desserts after a long walk.
