Yum!! This is a great #sushiroll that I've gotten several times now!
I LOVE that Blue Sushi has such an extensive list of #vegansushi and that they are #unique, you can really tell they put a lot of thought into their menu.
This roll comes with 8 pieces and contains #plantbased #tuna, spicy #aioli, #cucumber, #avocado, #crispyquinoa, black tobiko caviart, and #scallion. The flavors work really well together! Tbh I don't think the vegan tuna really tastes like tuna, so I'd be fine with that ingredient being replaces by something else, but again I appreciate the unique and extensive options!!
