I quite like this. Well made patty. I wouldn't say it's tasteless like @xinru-t had said. The insides had some bite to it with the soy pulp and some konjac( i guess). The oatmeal crust made it exceptionally crunchy. Usually not a mayo fan but this mayo was quite nice and didn't taste gross and oily.

Oops HAHAHHA I liked the texture of the patty but felt the taste could be more flavourful; maybe I should give it another go! 😛
