This Middle-Eastern-style seasonal pizza really caught my eye. It has vegan kofta made with Beyond beef, pickled red onions, tomato, castelvetrano olives, vegan mozzarella all over a spicy green middle-eastern pesto (I think they mean zhoug). This was a good pizza, but something about it was just off. I love castelvetrano olives, but maybe not on a pizza. I think the same goes for pickled red onion.
