Very difficult to work with but I ended up loving them. They didn’t turn out like the picture at all. I followed the instructions by microwaving them, and then turned into one big mushy weird blob. Impossible to roll them up individually like in the picture, even after letting it cool down.
I ended up shredding it apart with my hands and throwing it into a noodle stir fry. It added a “fried egg” texture which was great! I would get this again to use in a fried rice or stir fry, but just know this is more of like shredded tofu instead of individual sheets. If they had parchment paper or something to separate them in between it would be easier.
