I'm not a huge fan of kombucha or kombucha related products, so this whole line of products is a gamechanger for me. I found them at the health expo here in Mtl. The business owner was kind enough to take some time and explain all about their products. They're vegan, organic and low sodium among other things. I tried all three dressings in the picture (Green Goddess, Balsamic, and Caesar) and liked all of them, but the stand out was the Caesar dressing (!). It was so good and not too much with the cheese or garlic flavor. She also explained the taste and creaminess of the dressing is from the fermented garlic. I had just been looking for a homemade recipe but this is much easier and faster than gathering the ingredients to diy it. I will definitely be reaching for more of this next time I'm in store.
