This doesn't really has the consistency tofu usually has. For me it's more like seitan. Apparently it's tofu tho and therefore is also gluten free.
I used this 2 different ways:
1. I just cut it up and put it on bread with hummus and some other stuff
2. It also tastes really good if you fry it with some oil, like the
instructions on the back suggests. It made it a bit softer and tasted great 👍
