This Roasted Beet Soup drizzled w/ Fennel Cashew Cream was exquisite! 💯 I was surprised how much I liked it since I don’t generally like beets. The texture was so creamy with small shreds of tender beet through out, and the flavors were comforting and hard to describe—very savory & unique! It almost reminded me of a potato soup, but felt 10x healthier. 💪
This was a soup of the day, so it won’t be available every day. A bowl is $9 and a cup is $6.
I would definitely order this again if it’s the soup of the day the next time I visit this charming, all #vegan café in #neportland!🥣
