This is an option for the 5th course on the 2025 Valentine's Day prix fixe menu.

This is similar to the stuffed chicken they had last year, but I'm glad they brought it back, and in a lemon sauce! I love piccata! This stuffed seitan chicken was really great and I really enjoyed the sauce. The seitan had a nice soft texture and the wild rice inside was very flavorful.
