These crisp up very nice. The filling is kind of mushy, but it might have been because it’s been sitting in my freezer for quite some time. Nonetheless, it still balanced well with the crispy shell and was overall very tasty. I topped these over Romain lettuce, and made my own sauce, made of soy sauce, vinegar, sugar, hot peppers, garlic, and lemon juice. Makes for a quick inexpensive meal with a bit of #protein #iron and #potassium. I would get this again.
