My first meal in Bhutan 🇧🇹

I really wanted to try Bhutanese food but heard that it’s very cheesy so I found this vegetarian spot on abillion and headed there. As I walked in a beautiful grey cat 🐈 greeted me and I grabbed a book about Bhutan and got cosy.

The food was great! They swapped out the cheese for tofu and gave me a delicious dahl to go along with the Bhutanese red rice. The chili sauce was intense 🌶️🌶️🌶️

I wasn’t a big fan of the textured soy. Not sure what it was trying to resemble but otherwise a great meal and a super chill spot to relax in Thimphu.
