As you can see by the first picture, it was served in a deconstructed manner. So, it ate much more like breakfast tacos than Huevos Rancheros. But I actually enjoyed it more, since I was able to construct it however I wanted. Delicious and filling for only $15, which is dirt cheap in Key West.

Includes a tofu scramble (more than pictured), soft corn tortillas, black beans, a spicy tomato sauce, vegan sour cream, and perfectly ripe avocado.

I added a side of vegan sausage for $5.
