Ho trovato per caso questo brodo per fare il “sukiyaki” , non sapevo fosse vegan, ma gli ingredienti lo sono al 100%. Il sukiyaki e’ un piatto giapponese, è uno stufato di carne di manzo tagliata a fette, cipollotto, crisantemo, funghi shiitake, tofu ecc
Io ho usato la carne di soia al posto della carne e ho aggiunto altre verdure a foglia larga.
E’ uscito veramente buono, si aggiunge un po’ di acqua altrimenti è troppo salato.
I found this sukiyaki broth, I didn’t know was vegan until I checked the ingredients and it is vegan! I made “sukiyaki” which is a Japanese traditional dish made with meat and other vegetables. I used soy meat , tofu, noodles, mushrooms ecc. I also added water to make the broth otherwise it will be very strong taste. Love it! #sukiyaki #japanesefood
