Remember to remind them about ten times that you want your #bread vegan. Our other bread (missi roti) ended up being brushed with ghee because we didn't put the vegan request on that specific item 🙄 And frankly, #paratha this good doesn't need additional flavours, certainly not from cows. It's already fried, it's #indianbread so it must be delicious, like what more could you possibly want 😏

This was a brilliant foil for the palak gravy in my last review! 🙂
