Made by Allie Fiery of all-vegan 222 Pastry, this consisted of moist and fluffy vanilla cake, rich and creamy vanilla bean pastry cream filling, and caramelized sugar pieces in the luscious caramel-y buttercream. It was innovative and decadently delicious.
