Tzu Chi does great products. Nevermind the dodgy episodes of buying into environmental conservation land, garnering support from wealthy benefactors or investing in Monsanto (for instance) to grow their wealth. We live in a mundane world and global charitable efforts require cold, hard cash to function fundamentally, regardless of detachment from a Buddhist viewpoint. 2 different things altogether, compassion foremost as the driving force for good 😉
