"Cheesy tofu egg on a bed of lettuce, roasted potatoes, black beans, fresh salsa, and topped with guacamole, sour cream, coconut bacon."

This dish was hearty and filling. The tofu had a nice consistency and flavor. Only complaint is that it was a little wet - it was swimming in water from all the fresh food (possibly the salsa was a little runny?)
