Tapioca flour is a great pantry staple, especially if you like to make vegan cheese! Tapioca flour helps produce a stretchy texture that you just can’t get with other starched and flours. Bob’s Red Mill has great quality products that are fairly easy to find. I like that the package is resealable. (It stinks that it is plastic but that’s most likely what you’d find with this product in any case.)

Unable to shake his vision of operating a flour mill that provided healthy and nutritious food, Bob tirelessly searched for his own set of usable millstones. With a little time and persistence, Bob and his wife found several sets of millstones and began their first mill in Redding, California.
