Organic #seitanbacon
At first it didn’t look like bacon at all, then I put it to the air fryer and the smell was really good. But I managed to overcook it and the sides got very crispy and tasted burnt :D
So I’m not sure if I liked it, maybe I needed to fry it with oil.
